This was my FIRST TIME at Pepino's and me - being of Italian decent - was a bit apprehensive with "another" Italian Restaurant when our friends suggested we have dinner there tonight. Started at the cozy bar with a drink (or 2) and the atmosphere with PACKER prints on the walls and customers swapping stories around the bar (AND the owner - Sam - sharing stories) made this a great "first impression". OK - the drinks were great. NOW the FOOD. I had the spinach lasagna - MY GOD - INCREDIBLE. My buddie had the pizza - fantastic!! The ladies had Baked Manicotti and one had mostaccioli with HUGE meatballs. And "the bread" - incredible - FRESH - like right from the bakery!!! Nobody is paying me a nickel to say this and I really mean it. DELICIOUS. I was practically WEEPING at the table (there HAS to be a few NANAS in that kitchen)!!! Yes - I'll be back!! THANK YOU. A+++++

Still one of my favorites since Matteo's closed in Waukesha. It's almost a half hour drive for me but SO worth it! The Monday night special can't be beat- $18 for a large 3 topping and a pitcher of soda OR garlic bread! The service is always great, garlic bread buttery and crisp and delicious pizza with ample toppings right up to the crust.

First time here and I love the inside, cute and cozy. We will definitely be back on a weekday when it’s maybe less busy. Pesto garlic bread was perfect, and I cannot stop repeating how amazing the meatballs are. Perfect leftovers if you get pasta. Thank you Maria for moving our seats. It was much louder with children, and we totally understand kiddos but we appreciated being moved to a quiet corner. It’s a perfect date place for us and I’m glad we finally got to try it.

Baked lasagna .... Baked manicotti ... Excellent. Both dishes were freshly prepared ... Hot ... plenty of sauce which is usually not the case in most places. Great flavor too. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.
